Executive AI Delivery Assessment™
Most organisations don't fail because of AI. They fail because they cannot consistently execute AI-enabled change.
AI value depends on more than technology. It depends on leadership, decisions, governance, roles, data, delivery discipline and the quality of the operating model around the technology. The Executive AI Delivery Assessment gives your leadership team an evidence-based view of what is ready, what is exposed and what must happen next.
Confidential. Executive-led. Technology agnostic.
AI can move quickly. Most organisations cannot yet deliver at the same speed.
AI initiatives often begin with tools, platforms and use cases. Delivery problems appear later because ownership is unclear, decisions move slowly, data cannot be trusted, governance is either absent or restrictive, and the operating model still assumes that work is performed entirely by specialists. The assessment finds these conditions before they become expensive programme failures.
How it works
- Book an Executive Strategy Session. Discuss your AI ambitions, delivery environment and the decision you need to make.
- Confirm confidentiality and scope. The appropriate NDA and assessment agreement are signed before sensitive information is requested.
- Complete interviews and evidence review. Claims are tested against available evidence and contradictions are recorded as findings.
- Receive the Executive Capability Report. The report explains strengths, capability gaps, critical risks, constraints and priorities.
- Make the next decision. Proceed, proceed with conditions, pause and prepare, or do not proceed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does EPM-AI require Jira or a particular AI platform?
No. EPM-AI is technology agnostic. Tools are selected according to the organisation’s needs, controls and existing environment.
Will you score us from 1 to 100?
No. Findings are classified by capability and risk, supported by evidence. The objective is a decision, not a vanity score.
What happens after the report?
The organisation may act independently, request an Executive Strategy Workshop, commission a transformation roadmap, or engage Entinology for implementation and continuing advisory.
