ENTINOLOGY EXECUTIVE MASTERCLASSES
Apply the thinking to real work before the session ends.
Entinology masterclasses are working sessions, not generic training presentations. Participants use a real organisational priority, project or role to apply established EPM-AI methods and produce a practical output that can be used after the session.
Each masterclass is delivered personally by Roelof Vermeulen and calibrated to the organisation’s objectives, governance environment and current delivery capability.
Fixed masterclass fee: USD 4,500
Practical. Technology agnostic. Built around your organisation’s real work.
AI can move quickly. Most organisations cannot yet deliver at the same speed.
AI initiatives often begin with tools, platforms and use cases. Delivery problems appear later because ownership is unclear, decisions move slowly, data cannot be trusted, governance is either absent or restrictive, and the operating model still assumes that work is performed entirely by specialists. The assessment finds these conditions before they become expensive programme failures.
FLAGSHIP MASTERCLASS 001
EPM-AI Executive Masterclass
Convert strategic direction into transparent, executable work.
This masterclass gives executive and delivery leaders a working understanding of EPM-AI. Participants apply the planning hierarchy, leadership principles and decision structure to a real strategic priority.
What participants work through
- The principles of Entrepreneurial Project Management and AI
- The Four Sources of Work
- Strategic Goals, Quarterly Objectives, Sprint Targets and Tasks
- The recursive use of the Multi-Dimensional Diamond and Caddies Ten
- Named accountability at every level
- Leadership direction, decision-making and obstacle removal
- Transparent execution and the removal of unnecessary reporting layers
- The role of trusted delivery data in AI-supported forecasting
Practical output
A selected strategic priority is converted into an initial EPM-AI delivery structure, including affected organisational dimensions, objectives, ownership, dependencies and immediate decisions.
Best suited to: executive committees, portfolio and PMO leaders, transformation teams and organisations considering EPM-AI adoption.
Format: half-day
PLANNING AND ESTIMATION MASTERCLASS 002
Golf Estimation Masterclass
Discover the complete body of work before estimating cost and time.
Participants use Golf Estimation to replan a real objective, deliverable or project. The masterclass replaces abstract estimates and incomplete planning with structured work discovery and time that can be tracked, compared and learned from.
What participants work through
- The Multi-Dimensional Diamond and its nine official dimensions
- Caddies Ten and the complete definition of each deliverable
- Purpose, composition, dependencies, expertise and ownership
- Quality criteria and quality verification
- Keyboard Time, Activity Time and Wait Time
- Sprint Targets and personal Sprint Goals
- Task planning in trackable time units
- Resource, capacity, cost and delivery forecasting
Practical output
A structured body of work with identified dependencies, expertise requirements, quality expectations, ownership and an initial time-based delivery forecast.
Best suited to: PMOs, project and programme teams, portfolio and finance teams, transformation programmes and delivery leadership teams.
Format: half-day
AI ADOPTION MASTERCLASS 003
Role-Based AI Implementation Masterclass
Adopt AI around the roles people perform, not isolated technical skills.
AI holds more specialist knowledge than any individual can acquire. The human contribution therefore moves toward context, judgement, relationships, decisions, quality and accountability. This masterclass helps an organisation identify how approved AI can support related roles without weakening governance.
What participants work through
- The roles people perform and the work contained within each role
- Specialist knowledge that can be supplied or strengthened by AI
- Work that must remain human-led
- Work that can be AI-supported
- Work that can be AI-led with human approval
- Work that may be suitable for governed automation
- Human judgement, quality control and accountability
- Data, security, regulatory and agent governance constraints
- Capability and development needs, including 4tify where appropriate
Practical output
A Role-Based AI Adoption Plan covering priority roles, suitable AI applications, retained human responsibilities, governance requirements, capability gaps and immediate actions.
Best suited to: executive and operational leadership teams, human resources and learning leaders, business functions adopting AI, transformation programmes and PMOs.
Format: half-day
What makes an Entinology masterclass different
✓ Real organisational work
The session is built around a selected priority, project, deliverable or role rather than an invented classroom case.
✓ Established intellectual property
The methods come from EPM-AI™, the Multi-Dimensional Diamond™, Caddies Ten™, Golf Estimation™ and 4tify™.
✓ A usable output
Participants leave with documented work that can support the next planning, governance or implementation decision.
✓ Technology independence
The methods do not depend on Jira, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or any other platform. Approved tools can be used as implementation options.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a training course?
No. It is a facilitated working session. Participants learn the method by applying it to real organisational work.
Do participants need technical AI skills?
No. The required experience depends on the selected masterclass. The Role-Based AI Implementation Masterclass focuses on work, roles, judgement and governance rather than coding.
Will participants build production AI agents?
No. A production agent is an organisational software asset and should be designed, developed, tested and deployed by authorised people with suitable technical experience. A masterclass may identify agent opportunities and define requirements, but it does not bypass governance.
Do we need Jira or a particular AI platform?
No. EPM-AI is technology agnostic. Existing approved platforms can be used where they support the required planning and working method.
Can a masterclass follow the Executive AI Delivery Assessment?
Yes. Assessment findings can be used to select the most valuable masterclass and focus it on an identified capability gap or implementation priority.
