The Facilitator Certification is built for people and organisations who want to run EPM-AI Practitioner training themselves, whether inside a single company or as an independent training provider. This is not a repeat of Practitioner content and it is not primarily about subject mastery, since Project Leader certification already establishes solid depth beyond the material being taught. It is focused on the transition path of adult learning: how to move an experienced delivery professional from their existing habits into entrepreneurial EPM-AI thinking as a facilitator, not just as a practitioner who has made that shift themselves.
Roelof leads this certification personally, and the Entinology team supports delivery. Facilitator certification pairs with the separate Organisational Facilitator Licence for companies who want ongoing internal delivery rights.
Who this is for: experienced project management or Agile professionals, already EPM-AI Project Leader certified, who want to teach the EPM-AI Practitioner curriculum to others, either in-house or independently.
Entry requirements: 2 or more years of experience in project management and/or Agile delivery, and an active EPM-AI Project Leader certification. Facilitator certification qualifies a delegate to teach the Practitioner curriculum only; it does not confer facilitation rights for Project Leader or Specialist content.
