Roelof leads this certification personally, built from nearly 30 years of delivery experience across banking, telecoms, insurance, retail, hospitality, SaaS, and higher education. The Entinology team supports delivery. This is not a certificate you collect and shelve. It is a working shift in how you plan, estimate, and lead delivery in an AI-integrated environment.
Over three days you will work through the EPM-AI framework’s foundational layer, including Golf Estimation as the estimation method that replaces guesswork with structured task-level accuracy, and a live 30-minute practical session applying these principles directly in Jira.
Who this is for: project managers, product owners, delivery leads, and PMO staff who are ready to move beyond legacy methodology and want a framework built for AI-integrated delivery, not bolted onto it.
Entry requirements: none required. 2 or more years of project delivery experience, or an equivalent recognised project management certification (AgilePM, PMP, or Scrum), is beneficial but not mandatory.
