Beyond the full EPM-AI Practitioner foundation, this tier adds two modules found nowhere else in the certification: leading with psychological safety where honesty is never punished, and requiring accountability without creating fear.
Who this is for: delivery leads, programme managers, PMO leads, and anyone accountable for a team’s output, not just a plan’s completion.
Entry requirements: 2 or more years of project delivery experience, or an equivalent recognised project management certification (AgilePM, PMP, or Scrum).
